Reorganization of boddunan team - Introduction
It is my pleasure to announce that Boddunan is inviting the senior members to join our team.
For the past few months boddunan is growing with more members getting added and the site getting popularity. And at the same time we need more people to manage our most active section forum. We are going to start new programs which may increase the user base exponentially in the future. We are preparing for it. So join us and be part of the team.
Please contact us if you are interested. You will be given a link to take moderator survey and need to provide detailed information about various aspects. Please note that selection is done based on the answers you provide and your seniority is not necessarily a prime factor for selection, though it has the significant value (seniority as amount of participation, not the age of your stay at boddunan).

What happens to the existing moderators?
All the existing moderators will continue in their roles till the list of new moderators announced. Please write to us if you do not want to continue in this role and would like to revert your moderator responsibilities. You will get your moderator bonus as usual for this month.
All existing moderators, who are interested in continuing your role, are requested to send us an email requesting the same.
Please feel free to ask me any queries you have.

All those, who sent us the request, will get the survey invitation between 1st September and 3rd September and need to complete it by 7th September.
The results will be announced on 10th September after careful analysis of the responses.

This is not an office job, you can do it from any where. You know I was sitting on the Bangalore airport for taking a flight to Sydney while I joined this site. But I started working after coming back 3 days later.

Thank you sir .Actually I can not understand my mail have been received or not.
Next chance is for Gulshan ji if Chinmoy jee tried fast he can cross gulshan ji easily.
I am not in race. I think Chinmoy is also not. We work at our speed and at ease whenever time is available. Moreover, I feel that a moderator should be required to concentrate more on his specific job. Thanks for your good wishes.
I sincerely hope that the moderators/senior members and the moderator like senior members will not send PMs to newcomers intimidating them and also spreading falsehood against members/moderators they dislike , like it happened in my case.The result is that either the new comers feel it is safer to be with the domineering member/moderator team or after a while quit when it becomes stressful...but a few who dont care and go on without caring for their words , like me get to become their targets...I hope that with the positive change that is taking place such member/moderator alliances become a thing of the past...

Usha, i am sincerely sorry that it happened and on behalf of boddunan, I apologise to you! Just remember that no one can, even a moderator, can intimidate anyone unnecessarily. They are supposed to take action against real spammers and rude, aggressive people who make things worse for others, so if it happens again, be sure to send Maverick a PM immediately, no need to involve other moderators too!

Two times I have send PMs to Usha..... I don't know if she was mentioning it here. :dry: She kindly co-operated also, that time.
First time, when she started a thread about an earning site here...I think it's the first time I send her a PM. She was just a new comer. (At that time no moderator was online)
That thread was about an online earning site where we can post article links of Boddunan. It can help our site too. Since it was an online earning site, I felt it may cause problem to new user Usha, that I never want to see. Just 2 weeks back only, a girl here was banned for posting a content writing job here. .....that also without any warning in forum by admin.
So, I Pmed Usha, pointing this incident and requested her to edit her post and make it another thread. Also told her, am not sure enough.. You can ask admin also and start that thread, if he feel no problem with that site link. She thanked me also, for helping her.
Second time, when she completed 1000 posts, I told her about bonus points. At that time she replied, Sunil has already told her about bonus points.

Sandhya,. why are you explaining yourself here?? Usha has not named any person here, there are so many other members here who could have done what she is referring to! :blink: :blink: :dry:
Be assured, only the ones who have sent her such messages will be punished, those who have not sent her any such intimidating messages need not worry!

Please be informed that any member can be banned forever anytime, if found violating the boddunan norms, doesn't matter whether he/she is a senior most member or a new member.
We hope all members shall continue to maintain boddunan a peaceful platform.
If any disputes, please discuss with Boddunan Support Team.
