Everyone is advising Aamir that India is the safest place for him and his community, but when did he say he wants to leave the country. He only said that his wife expressed a feeling to this effect looking to the constant onslaught on the community in the past few months. He has said again that he will not leave the country. A forum member has denounced him by calling him a traitor. Height of tolerance - on whose part?

I think a decade ago. I with my wife applied for my passport . to attend to the first delivery of my daughter, who lives in US. But it was delayed may be due to some technical problems. Instead, my daughter's in laws went to USA. And after that I dropped the idea of going to any foreign country

People who are talking about said intolerance in India must first think about the situation of Kashmiri Pundits who are thrown out of Kashmir and are living as refugee in their own country. They forced to leave their native place, still they are not thinking of going out of the country.

Mine too was renewed in 2008 so no worries, it is those before 2006 that need to make the necessary changes if they intend travelling or else it will done automatically when they renew them next year !

In today's newspaper there is a news report where a lady reporter was threatened over her Facebook post where she exposed sexual exploitations of children happenings within the Madarassa ..

Until all countries including the Arabian countries realise the fact that ISIS and their kind nee to be wiped out, we may not be able to stop the terror groups completely.It should be like the time allied forces came together during second World war and there should be a full stop or else we may see them growing back like phoenix in years to come.

Any sensible person will react just the way we did when we came to know Amir's statement but if we think a bit softly then it turns out to be a very personal fear discussed within the personal sphere. Yes, he should not have made it public. We always believe in making a mountain out of a molehill and this time again we did so but forgot that media believe in scoop.

Indian public was tolerant when the previous government were in power in India, and as soon as government changed, the mood of public also started changing. Now the Indian public has become more intolerant than before!
