Honesty is not an attributes for congress.

usha manohar wrote: Margaret Alva was in fact steadily demoted after she started speaking out her mind to the press, so it is not as if she has been silent nor been an opportunist. I think she was a great admirer of Manmohan Singh which made her put up with a lot within the party. Now when she is out if it all, if she decided to write down her memories there is no morality involved. In fact the people she had written about should do some introspection about their own deeds  since so many under them are coming up with almost similar revelations.. I am agree with you that nothing is wrong in writing her memories but if she wrote wrong deed of other leader than what is the purpose of it. If she speak at write time than it was better. From your views looking that is honest one but she choosedwrong party.

@Kalyani- if you think that the spammers are doing this for nothing you're mistaken. In fact they do it under a plan, for instance a job allotted by sites like microworkers, they take a screen shot and post as proof. If such posts are deleted instantly there purpose would fail else they will take full advantage.

Salim Javed team became famous with Haathi Mere Saathi. The story was written by Chinnappa Devar, a wrestler. Lakshmikant- Pyerelal scored lilting music. 'Chal Chal mere Saathi was a big hit. I don't know The fact that Rajesh Khanna's role was there in giving a break to Salim Javed team.

Rajesh Khanna brought in Salim Javed into films by asking the producers of his film Haathi mera Saathi to give them a break as screen script writers since they were struggling those days . Once the film became successful, their career was made.

Possibly so, but in the light of what her party and its leaders represents her deeds dont really matter ! If she feels the need to come out with the truth like so many others before her it is a step in the right direction..In fact she has been speaking against issues within the party since a long time and had lost favor with the madame because of her straight forward nature ..

There appears nothing wrong either on part of Tendulkar or the minister.  You seem to have got things mixed up here or overlooked facts as they stand -  No one is even pointing fingers at authorities or at Manohar Parrick because they have done no wrong at all. But I don't see how a person who lobbies for unauthorised public land that was granted only for sports purpose and later was being used to put up a building,  can be right since that's exactly what Sachin was doing on behalf of his friend - lobbying and asking for favors and underhand deals using his position as an MP !

Another said, ' Tendulkar requested the Defense Minister. Another paper ,Tendulkar  said, there are business interests behind meeting Parrekar.. As you said, ultimately nothing happened. The truth only God knows.

She could have shown courage then and help stop the corruption. What is the point in telling it after so many years. Keeping quiet when one should talk is also an act of accomplice.
