Kindle has the advantage of having any number of books on it , I have around 200 books on my kindle, so when you go away for a long period of time, it is impossible to carry more than one or two books at the most, but kindle takes care of all that since you have enough material to read. I think it is a brilliant invention by apple..

Around the world had very popular and melodious songs by Sharada and Mukesh and the only number Mubarak Begum sang long with Sharada Yeh moong aur masoor dhal is probably is the least known and least popular of all ! This is a good article , a tribute paid to her .. http://thereel.scroll.in/808044/tribute-mubarak-begum-was-a-golden-voiced-singer-from-the-golden-era-of-hindi-film-music

Braking up and Making up is part of life, more o in political life, does not mean one approves or agrees one hundred percent. Given the kind of background Margaret Alva comes from and the respect and status they enjoy, I doubt if she would curry favors of any kin. her three sons have their own business with two brothers doing very well with a nature and environment documentary production company ..So, none of them are into politics ! Of course just to downgrade her , one can go on speculating , but it wont work since the people accused are all scamsters of the worst kind and she has done the right thing in exposing them.

Any one who has approach can contact. Many not having contact direct also look for some way.  Nobody can be faulted for such contact- whether this is lobbying or not. Only if some illegal offer is made for favor, he can be faulted. Most people resort to some sort of personal approach for some work. If somebody relies only on formal and written channels, he will be a loser.  So the pragmatic approach is to make contacts.      Thats what Sachin has done, tried to legalise illegal land deal of a friend through his MP status

True, what is life without happiness or seeking peace , happiness, whatever ! It is a constant quest which goes on until we perish . Happiness is not permanent either, may be that's what makes it so invaluable and memorable moments.

All most all movies of  Rajesh Khanna were successful at the Box office. And most of his movies have become immensely popular for their music compositions. Greats like, SD Burman, RD Burman composed musical score for his movies. ' Mere sapnon Ki Rani, from Aradhana,  Chingari Koi Bhadke from Amar Prem and many melodies will remain forever in the hearts of the Music lovers.

Mubarak Begum's songs like, 'Hum Haledil Sunayenge from Madhumati, Yeh Moong aur Masoor ki daal from Around the world left a deep mark on the hearts of the music lovers. She had carved a niche of her own, in the sphere of  Movie Music. She sang in other genres of music like Ghazals and Nat.  May her soul rest in peace.
