*The Coconut is the fruit of the coconut palm, which is a tall graceful tree, native to Southeast Asia. Clusters of these large round fruits grow among the feather like leaves of the tree. Coconut trees are very, very useful. These trees grow in many pats of the world including India. Here are some of the many uses of this tree.

- Eaves: - brooms sticks. Hats, bags and roofs of hut ad houses.
- Fruit: - sweet water (juice- cool drink, control the heat) eating food (taste and healthy) and cooking oil. This oil uses for soaps and in chemical industries for making shampoos and others. .
- Husk: - coir for mats (foot mat and door mats, and ropes and for making sofa sets.
- Sell: - jewelers, bags, spoons, cups and buttons.
Kola nut
*A kola nut (also spelled `cola’) is the seed of several types of evergreen trees that are native to West Africa. Kola nuts are used making soft drinks and medicines. They have chemicals like caffeine, which have a mild, stimulating effect.
Almonds
*Almonds are the seeds of the beautiful almond tree, native to south western Asia. Each nut grows in a thin, smooth shell that looks some what like a peach stone. The almond tree has showy pink flowers that open early in spring, long before the leaves appear. For this reason, the trees are grown as ornamentals in some regions, Amazing, but true.
Other nuts
- Peanuts are nutritious food. The peanut plant is unusual as its pods develop underground. That is why they are often called Ground nuts.
- Most nuts are rich in protein and fact, but Chestnuts have more starch than protein. In Italy, bread is sometimes backed with flour made from chestnuts.
- Walnut growers once left walnut shells that fell to the ground as waste. Today, the shells are collected and used in gules and plastics. They are also used to make solutions for cleaning and polishing metal surfaces.
