Roadways: In our country most raods are built and maintained by government. Roads are of different types. Some roads are called as National Highways these built across different states. For example a road network called National Highway No.7 it runs throug Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Mahrashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Andhra pradesh state government maintain roads these roads connect many small towns, districts, Panchayats and villages. These raods are kept under the Corporations and Munchipalities. They check roads once in every year. There are others roads called International boundaries or Border roads. Road ways play a major role in people’s life to remote areas with main cities.
Railways: One fifth of travellors in India use Railways. Railways are mainly used to carry transport goods like coal, food grains etc. There are nearly 650 railway station’s in Andhra Pradesh. This state has route of 5000 kms. Railways will collect goods from seaports which takes a part in foreign trade. Railways are also called as Normal man Flight.
Airways: In AndhraPradesh there are six airports. One is international and other five are domestic airports. International airport is in Shamshabad and remaining five are in Vishakapatnam, Tirupathi, Rajamundry, Vijayawada and Puttaparthi. International airport helps to travel to foreign countries and domestic airports help us to connect those who travel in India.
Waterways: Maximum goods traded by Indian traders are transported to other countries through Water ways. Andhra Pradesh has 15 ports. In these 15 ports Vishakapatnam is the largest port. Ships go through the canals of Krishna, Penna and Godavari rivers. Through this our country is having major income.
