Items needed :

 

Pasumathi rice  - 500 gram

 

Cauliflower     - 200 gram

 

Onion           - 150 gram

 

Capsicum        - 2 pieces

 

Carrot          - 1

 

Ajinomoto       - 5 small packets

 

Soya chause     - 2 spoons

 

Tomato chause   - 3 spoons

 

Chili chause    - 2 spoons

 

Ginger          - 1 piece

 

Garlic          - 5 pieces

 

Oil             - 6 spoons

 

pepper powder   - 2 spoons

 

 

Procedure:

 

Soak the rice for 1 hour. Filter the water from it. Put the cauliflower in a vessel and

heat it And then make it as powder. Cut the carrot, capsicum and onion into vertical

pieces. grind the ginger and garlic.

 

Take a vessel and pour oil into it and heat it till the whole vessel gets heated. Then

add the onion ginger and garlic into it and fry them. Then add carrot, capsicum and then add the cauliflower and then add all the chauses and then fry it for two minutes. Now add rice to it. Now add enough salt to it. Now add Ajinomoto. Then add pepper. Gobi fried rice is ready.
