The Gateshead Millennium Bridge is used for pedestrian and cyclist built on the River Tyne in England. This was designed by award winning Wilkinson Eyre and Gifford. The bridge is elliptical shape and its rotational movement. The bridge takes as little as 4.5 minutes to rotate from closed to open.
