Generally, we take 3 litres water per day.

now the thing is the time at which we take water is important.

some of the tips to burn calories.

1->we must take 5-8 litres of water per day

2->early morning we must have 1 litre water before having any thing else.We can even have more than 1 litre. we must not drink more than 1/4 litre water while eating any thing.

3-> what ever you eat, have water of  minimun 1 litre half an hour before u start u r lunch or dinner

if you follow this for 3 months ur calories will be burnt easily.
