Skin care tips for the monsoons
We generally have three types of skin that is normal, dry and oily. The type of skin differs from person to person. It is very important that you know what kind of skin you have because the products you use and the skin regime you follow must depend on your skin type. It is important that you chose your skin care regime based on the type of skin you have. Irrespective of the skin type there are some tips that you must follow especially during the monsoons:-
- Use herbal or an antibacterial face-wash to prevent acne and keep your skin healthy.
- Do not forget to wash your face even after a brief outing to get rid of the dirt that adheres on to the skin.
- Keep your skin well moisturized and well cleansed during the monsoons and never forget to use a sun-block when stepping out.

Your feet are the worst sufferers in the monsoons. Most of you will agree that they are the most neglected part of our body. So this monsoon make it a point to follow some tips to take care of your feet and make them look healthy and happy.
- The most important tip to keep your feet healthy during the wet season is to keep them dry and clean. Especially keep the spaces between the fingers clean as it is very prone to fungal infections during the rains.
- Clean and trim your feet nails on a regular basis to keep away accumulation of dirt.
- Many people tend to neglect their feet as the face and hair get most of their attention. Moisturizing and cleansing the feet well will make your feet soft and healthy. Use scrubs to do away with the dead skin cells.
