1) Firstly, never give your hair extended exposure in the sun as this may led to the dryness of your hair which is not good for a healthy hair. If you cannot stop yourself from moving out then it is recommended that you take a covering on your head like a scarf or a cap which protect it from direct sunlight.
2) Keep your hair short in this summer months and if this is not possible try to trim it in every two months. Taking this precaution will save you from a lot of problems.
3) Never use a hard hair blower as this make your hair look very rough and if you cannot avoid using it, then always remember to apply some conditioners before using it. Today in the market a number of conditioners available but always buy a conditioner that suits your hair and of good brand.
4) Make it a habit of oiling your hair before going to bed at night and don't forget to shampoo it the next morning. In this way your hair will not lose its lustre and have a healthy look.
5) Don't use shampoo very often in this hot conditions rather use some good hair conditioners which will do the work of shampoo or a better alternative of shampoo.
6) Always use cold water to rinse your hair and don't comb it when it is wet otherwise it will result in unnecessary breakage of your precious hair.
7) Before taking a bath in swimming pool or in a sea always use some conditioner as because sea water contains a lot of salt and pool water contains chlorine which will damage your hair to an extent.
8) Eat green vegetables and salads as much as possible which is going to help not only your hairs but also your body. A healthy diet is as important as anything to lead a healthy life and a healthy hair.
9) Drink as much water as possible because this will reduce dehydration in these hot months and
10) keep your hair knotted most of the time if possible.
