NATURAL CURE FOR STOMACH PAIN:
We would sometimes suffer with stomach pain all of a sudden. And we may not get the exact reason for the unexpected pain.

TIP 1:
TYPE: Indigestion, spicy food consumption.
SOLUTION: Take hand full of Dhaniya and chew them. Try to swallow the juice that comes out. Do this till the juice had completely swallowed and then slowly chew to swallow the whole content. This whole process may take 15 minutes.
RESULT: This would give instant relief to the indigestion problem.
TIP 2:
TYPE: Over heat.
SOLUTION: Take 1 spoon poppy seeds, half spoon sugar and very little water to this. Grind this well to get milk like substance. Strain the content into a tumbler and milk the milk extracted from poppy seeds. This should be done in the early morning before consuming nothing.
RESULT: As soon as drinking, the stomach feels cool and result would be seen instantly.
TIP 3:
TYPE: Dietary change,consuming road side foods.
SOLUTION: Take 1 spoon dhaniya in a container with 1 cup of water. Add half tea spoon of turmeric powder to it. Let it boil for some time, till half cup of water is remaining. Now strain the content to get the water into a cup. Let it cool for sometime and then drink this juice.
RESULT: This should be consumed slowly in little amounts. This would clean the stomach, is any infection present.
TIP 4:
TYPE: Sometimes we do not know what might be the reason of the pain. This might be due to climatic and place change. Then please follow the following solution.
SOLUTION: Take a bowl and add 1 dhaniya, 1 spoon jeera, 4 to 5 pepper seeds, 1 clove, a small piecec of chrushed ginger and 1 cup of water.
Let it boil for sometime till half cup of water is remaining. Now strain the contents to get the water. Let it cool and then have this juice. Half spoon of sugar can also be added for taste.
RESULT: This would act as a good digesting nad cleaning agent to the stomach.
TIP 5:
TYPE: Overheat. This is another simple tip for over heat.
SOLUTION: Take a glass of water and add five to six spoons of sugar to this. Stir well to dissolve sugar, and then consume it.
RESULT: This would give instant relief to stomach pain.
