Ingrediants:
Saki - 1cup
soya soas - 1/2 cup
Fresh chopped Ginger - 3 spoons
Garlic petals - 2
Brown sugar - 3 spoons
Boneless fish - 6
Preparation:
1. Take a bowl and add saki , soya soas, chopped ginger, garlic and brown sugar.
2.Now mix all these ingrediants finely.
3.This mixture is known as marinade.
4.Now wash the fish pieces thoroughly with cold water.
5.Place these fish pieces in a bowl.
6.Now pour some marinade on these fish pieces and close the bowl with a lid.
7.Then place it in the refrizerator for 3 hours, so that the fih pieces absorb mariande mixture completey.
8. After 3 hours, fry these fish pieces on a grill in oven.
9. Now ad remaining marinade mixture on the fried fishes.
10.Then Garnish with garlic petal .
11.Therefore grilled fish dish is ready to eat.
