Ingredients:

Salt less Butter – 500g

Maida – 750g

Vanilla essence – 10mg

White Egg yolk – 125mg

Custard sugar – 375g

Chopped badam -100g

Process-

Take a bowl adds butter and sugar in that and then mix them finely until the mixture becomes cream form. While mixing add vanilla essence, white egg yolk and Maida. Take a tray, apply oil or ghee. Pour the mixture in the tray and garnish the mixture with chopped badam. Place this tray in the oven, set the temperature up to 160 degrees. After 20 minutes butter cookies are ready. Serve these Butter Cookies in a plate. These are very easy to prepare with in less time. We can carry them wherever we go. Kids love a lot to have them as they are very crispy and tasty. The butter and sugar in the cookies is the main ingredient which gives taste to the cookies.
