Ingrediants:
Carrot
Sugar - 2 cups
Coconut
Gulabjam powder - 200gm
caju
Badaam
!/2 kg for sugar syrup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Elachi powder - 1 tsp
Preparation:
Place a bowl on the stove and light, then heat some Ghee in it. In the means while chop badaam, caju, Carrot and coconut into small pieces. Now fry chopped badaam and kaju in Ghee. Then fry chopped carrot and coconut and mix sugar till the mixture form in to semi solid form. Finally add elachi powder.
Place another bowl on the stove and light, then add some water and sugar for preparing sugar syrup. mix some elachi powder or rose water for flavor. Now mix water and golabjam powder like chapati ata , then sock it for some time. then make them in the form of small poori and stuff them with carrot halva stuff which we prepared and kept before. now fry these in ghee till they turn to brown color.then dip these in sugar syrup.
