Meditation is Concentration of mind at that particular time.
You can start meditation of period of 10 minutes.
to do meditation following things keep in mind
1. Choose quiet and comfortable place.
2.Sit cross -legged on a cushion.
3.Wear Loose Clothes.
4.Concentrate on your breath, when you breathe in be aware of that,when you breathe out be aware of that, let the mind wander but try and bring it back With eyes closed and body relaxed be aware of your toes legs, and so on.Open your eyes and feel the difference.
5. Repeat this process (4)10 to 15 times in a day on starting day later you can increase your time.
