Meditation is the spiritual tool of introspection.
Introspection is the skill of thinking about our inner self, thinking about bad and good things we have done with others and thinking about the rest and peace and all these things or basics of introspection can be mastered by the toolkit of Meditation. Meditation provides inner peace and rests from all the burdens, tensions and problem. You can achieve everything after mastering this art of living Meditation. Only 20 minutes of daily meditation will lead you to the doors of success in every field. Many spirituals yogis and masters like Lahiri Mahasaya, Saint yukteswar, saint pranabananda and paramahansa yogananda are the great followers of the path of Meditation. Meditation was the only source of their power.
Meditation is easy but if you want to reach in depth of meditation then it would be typical and you have to continuously do meditation for 50 years regularly.
How to Meditate
Meditation can be done in the ways you like. There is no proper method, but I will tell you the simplest and easy one.
One can start meditation early morning or in the evening or any time you like. There is no fix time but better to do early morning. Close your eyes gently. Don't make any sound, stay calm and quiet. Concentrate on your breathing system. Concentrate how you inhale and exhale it. Don't overreact on your breathing just concentrate on your natural breath. Feel the touch sensation of your breathing in your body. Do this exercise for 5 minutes without thinking anything else. When you start getting success in this the start thinking that your dear God is giving you some whitish power which is cosmic rays. These rays are entering your whole body through your head. Your body is taking bath in this ray. Think that you are getting what ever you want. Now you have everything which you want and you are happy.
Then say Thanks in meditation state to everyone who helped you in any phase of your life. Even say thanks to your enemy. When you regularly use to say thanks to your enemy they will become your friend in short span of time. You will achieve whatever you want to achieve.
Who can do meditation
Any person of any age group can do meditation. The early you start the more advantage it will give. Even a child of age 4 can start meditation. But female should not do meditation at the time of Menopause or periods.
Increase your time of meditation day by day. Give at least 20 minutes everyday for meditation. So now lets meditate.
