Aerobic physical activity is the physiological range that extends quality of life and controls the development of non-communicable chronic diseases such as, hypertension, obesity, diabetes among others. This is one of the main pillars of non-pharmacological treatment in hypertensive patients. With regular practice of aerobic exercise, one can lower down blood pressure by significant reduction in blood pressure levels. Over the years, people thought of the possibility of combining music and a number of physical activities including jogging, jazz, gymnastics, dance, and create something new. The result of this combination is called aerobic dance or dance aerobics. Aerobic dance consists of dancing on the music following the basic principles that must be met by any aerobic exerciser. Dance aerobics is an aerobic activity that emerged in 2000 in Venezuela, as a result of sports classes taught by the instructor Pedro Moreno, who felt the need to insert in a class, basic steps of dance and popular creative steps a fun and easy way to stay physically fit at any age to burn calories and at the same time make the class more enjoyable.
Dance is an expressive form of human being which is achieved in an easy and fun way, having positive benefits to stay in shape at any age. It helps to have control of our body and disconnect for moments with the outside world and the connected problems. Dance aerobics helps us visit a world full of joy and fantasy. At the present time, and as a result of the struggle being waged by improving the lifestyle of everyone in the country, feels the need to produce cultural change, showing the extent of their achievements in the community, expressed in the application. This new mechanism conveys joy and satisfaction and improving the physical and mental, spiritual wealth of the population with dance aerobics. Dance aerobics help combat diseases such as hypertension. The practice of these physical activities can be applied without age limits, improving mood due to the proper use of music and motivation by the teacher in each session. The national program of Hypertension addresses general issues in the treatment of chronic non-communicable disease, non-application by the Dance Aerobics teachers as an alternative for treatment of patients with hypertension, more frequent crises of Arterial Hypertension (AHT) patients with this disease. These shortfalls have been the motivation to carry out research, which have led up to the next scientific problem:
How to control non-communicable chronic diseases (hypertension) through the dance aerobics?
General Objective: To apply exercises through dance aerobics aimed at controlling non-communicable chronic diseases (hypertension).
Specific Objectives:
1. Studying the bibliography that allows content to argue the issue raised.
2. Diagnosing the current state of the problem.
3. Apply Dance Aerobics Exercises to cure diseases.
4. Rate the years established and results achieved.
It originated proposed the following hypothesis:
If you apply the exercises of dance aerobics, then you will be able to control non-communicable chronic diseases (hypertension).
Sample and Methodology
The methodology created for the conduct of this investigation was deployed in a variety of methods such as observation, survey and interview test, among others, made the hypertensive group in the workplace where possible dance exercises to control chronic diseases noncommunicable diseases (Hypertension).
Population sample
The research was conducted in the workplace belonging to a municipality took 10 workers population, sufferer of chronic noncommunicable disease (hypertension), where were selected a sample of 10 practitioners representing 100% of the population of which 9 are female and one male.
Characterization of the sample
Sample Type:
Intentional and not random
The sample includes 10 practitioners for 100% of the population, 9 are female and one male. Average ages are between 25 to 50 years, it is important to say that practitioners of this program are given priority in different
Classification of hypertension by their numbers according to European Society of Hypertension and Cardiology (SEH-SEC) 2007 The 10 are grade 1.

Theoretical level:
The logical method of historical analysis allowed to reveal the historical evolution of the Dance Aerobics and content related to this issue addressed in the Physical Culture and in the logical ordering of these contents.
The analytic-synthetic for the analysis of the sources that provided the theoretical foundations of the theory and content, the interpretation of diagnostic results from the application of exercise through dance companies Dance Aerobics and conclusions.
The inductive-deductive allowed to reach the application of dance companies by Dance Aerobics exercises and precise conclusions of the investigation.
Empirical level were used
The cardiovascular recovery test was applied in order to diagnose the hypertensive group aerobic capacity before applying the dance companies of the Dance Aerobics exercises and after application to determine its effectiveness.
The interview with the technicians of physical culture to know dance exercises that apply to groups of hypertensive patients.
Implementation of dance aerobics exercises hiring dance companies:
For the preparation of all Dance Aerobics exercises shown below, the author left the analysis of the Master Thesis which bears the name "Methodological strategy for the improvement of teaching and learning of Popular Dances students in the career of Physical Culture "and the content analysis methodology established for Musical Aerobic Gymnastics.
The selection of the rhythms was established according to the dances that the hypertensive group as preferred. For the preparation of exercises is taken into account the methodology for teaching the art of each rhythm dance and methodological steps for teaching the steps of low impact aerobic gymnastics were selected for their combination.
Methodological guidelines
For the purposes of the exercise is necessary for Physical Culture technicians responsible for conducting the activities, should consider the diagnosis made to address individual differences of each participant. As we begin the work the teacher should establish a small dialogue with participants, explaining briefly the genesis of the rhythm that carried its importance and encouraging them to practice. For the implementation of the Dance Aerobics always start applying the knowledge levels, starting from easy to difficult, there will be an initial pulse takes to see how practitioners are, then there will be a warming, setting in motion the various segments body stretching exercises. It follows the main part of the class teaching by the routine planned, taught the basic step and then be combined with low-impact exercises. Then they go running variants of the basic steps of selected rhythm and so on.
The final part of class exercises will be applied to lower heart rate recovery and carry the body of participants to its initial state. The physical work will be in the initial part of the class at a moderate intensity. The teacher during the course of the activity should be taking into account the individual characteristics and observing the state of perspiration, breathing and performing practitioners pulse 5 shots during class. Low-impact basic steps to be selected for combination with selected dance exercises.
March – Hop - Legs apart - Step touch – Lange - Crossover step - Knees to chest - Step Up
Dance exercises combined to apply in dance aerobics class was successful with the hypertension group at workplace.
You can work at home to condition the body can use this rate and its variants to work in social dance position (couples united front to front) through choreographed movements, or at the end of class to reduce the intensity of the physical receipt.
Cha Cha Cha rhythm - Mambo Rhythm - Mozambique Rhythm - Conga Rhythm - Creative steps
Creativity is a key element in the Dance Aerobics, while the steps needed to be developed are appropriate to the physical characteristics of practitioners and will be present at each choreography or routine.
Results Analysis
It will see a comparative summary of the test applied in two stages, initial and final study we guarantee our results.
Cardiovascular Recovery Test
Objective: To diagnose the hypertensive group aerobic capacity before and after applying the Dance Aerobics exercises by comparison.
Methodology:
Take resting pulse 6s.
Apply a physical load 120 per minute trot (two taps per second).
Upon completion of the pulse is taken in the first 6s, every minute and to assess:
2 minutes very well.
3 minutes good.
4 minutes acceptable.
5 minutes poor.
6 minutes cardiac instability
End result of cardiovascular recovery test:
Cardiovascular Recovery Test (Final):
In the month of April dance exercises applied to the Dance Aerobics again this test was performed to determine the effectiveness of activities and aerobic capacity to diagnose the group presenting with hypertension, resulting in average of 2.30 minutes, to 4.40 showing a decrease of recovery time which is evidence of increased work capacity in the hypertensive group.
Analysis of the blood pressure taken:
The footage of the PA were performed in the months of December through February and April before and after applying the Dance Aerobics exercises, in order to make comparisons to verify the effectiveness of. Applied exercises obtained by this comparison if they gained control of hypertension in the hypertensive group. The behavior of the PA during the months of December, February and April, standing in the two weeks in the hypertensive group, has a PA of degree one, with an overall average systolic BP of 159 mmHg and 99 mmHg diastolic. Week while in February values were obtained with an overall average of 149/96 mmHg was observed as the values were decreased to reach the 1 week of April where there was a significant decrease in overall average systolic BP and diastolic reaching maximum and minimum values of 140/90 mmHg, which is evident in general that the practice was controlled significantly Dance Aerobics hypertensive group workplace. In the early stages of controlling the frequency of the period between attacks of hypertension in the hypertensive group before and after applying the Dance Aerobics dance exercises where crises were frequent hypertensive crisis from 3 to 6 month, so that by the practitioners who weakens to practice the exercises it was found that after application of the Dance Aerobics exercises dance the period between attacks decreased frequency in the range of 1 to 4 crisis with respect as they were before.
Conclusion
Application of dance exercises providing adequate control of hypertension was designed to be practical, which sets out the steps for each dance, musical gymnastics, step aerobic exercises allowing dance reach the control-oriented dance aerobics noncommunicable diseases Hypertension was therefore controlled via dance aerobics and therefore changing life of the hypertensives.
