Thought the entire process, differences of opinion and a variety of ideas surfaced. Yet the monitor was polite boy an excellent leader, so he allowed the others to express their opinions freely; the only condition, however, was that they had to be polite and not waste time in unnecessary arguments. By this approach, many good ideas came to the fore. They got adequate time to practice and the class was awarded a prize for the item they presented.

There were only fights and quarrels, as the monitor and the pupils did not see eye to eye with any suggestion and were in fact rude to each other. So the teacher asked a pupil who was good in dancing to present a dance item. Though that pupil presented the dance item, she was not in proper mood. The other pupil is in the class, especially the monitor were annoyed at the teacher’s decision. The monitor was always trying to annoy the young girl in some way or the other.
