Why is the sun spotty?
Some parts of the sun’s surface are cooler than the rest of it. These cooler parts appear darker than the rest of the sun, like spots on its surface. They are called sun spots.

When is know dangerous?
When lots of snow falls on mountains, deep layers build up on the slopes. The snow many suddenly slide down the mountain. This is termed as an avalanche. A big avalanche can bury a town. Aloud noise or even a person walking on the snow can start an avalanche.
