1. Bursting strategy- In bursting strategy the advertiser spends heavily during the initial period . for example 60% of the ad budget in the first 3 months and 40% in the remaining period. 2.Seasonal advertising- when the advertisement expenditure is done depending upon a particular season it is called as seasonal advertisement. this type of advertisment is mainly used for seasonal products and services. for example- advertisement of gifts on electronics products during diwali, umbrellas and rain coats during winter etc.
3.Steady advertising- when the advertiser budget is evenly distributed to be spent through out the year it is called as steady advertisement.
4.Step up strategy-In step up strategy the advertiser starts slowly during the start of a particular season and then he increases the advertisement expenditure when the seasoon is in full swing .
5. Step down strategy- In step down strategy the advertiser starts heavily at the start of a particular season and goes on decreasing the advertisement expenditure as the season comes to an end.
