Do you think that not conducting Class X Board examination by CBSE will benefit children?

Recently, CBSE has decided not to conduct Xth Board examination.It may lessen the burden on children.However the criteria of taking admission in next class is not understood/elaborated.Even at single digit result,there are so many students , then in gradation system,what can be the procedure is a suspense.
