This is best to have food which is prepared in home. They are good for health.
Ya but in addition to home food i think we also need health drink and eggs also.
Yes taking one egg daily in the morning helps to maintain a good health.

Absolutely! home cooked food is generally prepared with less oil and spices. Along with the home cooked food regula walk for 45 minutes is sufficient to reduce weight and to remain fit.


Old timers knew the way to good health, They worked hard,walked almost everywhere, their needs were simple and they grew their vegetables and cooked simple healthy meals and never had the need for a gym or weight loss diet...

You know we prefer curd with whole fat (as long as we can digest it) But most Punjabi go for it in shape of Lassi sweet or salted. Curd. yogurt are parts of our regular meals.


Lassi is good in nutrition too. Thick lassi has more fats because extra cream is present in it. SO its better to have thinner lassi if one has to reduce the weight.

You know sasi, at the earlier age, the one wheat used to be egg size. Thats means just think , how they used to look after their forms. compared to them and now the wheat is very small in size as everything got polluted

This was a practice since our childhood when we had milk in the morning and a couple of hours later breakfast, then lunch,evening tea with some snacks and a light dinner and fruits...I feel it is better to eat more frequently than eat 3 heavy meals...

This was a practice since our childhood when we had milk in the morning and a couple of hours later breakfast, then lunch,evening tea with some snacks and a light dinner and fruits...I feel it is better to eat more frequently than eat 3 heavy meals...


I always skip my lunch and go for fruits and juices. I am in habit of late breakfast with heavy items. Then I prefer to have as much light food I can afford for my dinner, but my breakfast is my main diet of the day. Of course being an online worker I cannot resist a few tit bits here or there.

I too feel that breakfast should be a proper nutritious meal that help us carry on with our daily grind.I make sure that we have a hearty breakfast .Lunch is the usual but dinner is light...
