How should you deal with office politics?
Many of you might have been a victim of bad office politics. How should one deal with it? Simply ignore and concentrate on your work or try setting the conditions in your favor ? What do you think?

I think honest persons can always stay in the right direction without any such aberrations, the person who works and does not go to any side of office politics can have proper value to add more to system than those who are dealing with office politics. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:
Office managements will care about the efficiency and the ability to boost productivity of the organization of the employee. Honesty alone will not serve the purpose.
