So finally he is getting what he deserved....Now there will be the long long process of the case coming for a hearing !

My own personal opinion is that Shoma Chaudhury handled it badly.She could have handled it better by taking legal advice and showing more sympathy towards the girl.They could have even come to a compromise with Tejpal given a stern warning ! Now , because of this episode Tehelka itself has crumbled and so many people are hit and the episode has gone on to become the scandal of the year...Probably with some mature handling all this could have been avoided.

Possibly the authorities have also to consider the life style of the concerned person and health condition while giving him certain facilities. If they are doing everything according to rules, we cannot question.

I think that those who have barest of knowledge of what goes on in Indian jails, are aware how rules and regulations are bent and twisted to suit the interests of the powerful. If we are to ensure the same living conditions that a particular undertrial is used to, what is the point in keeping him or her in jail??

Lalu yadav has been given task of teaching politics.

Tarun Tejpal has raised another issue of 'flirtation'. Is consesnual flirtation is same as sexual harassment. He says that his case is such. Now somebody takes initiative even in 'flirtation'. Is the very initiative 'sexual harassment' or continuing with such flirtation even after negative response will be so considered.

How to prove it as "sexual harassment" or "flitration", he admits through email, and Goan police is summoning three witnesses.

Tarun Tejpal and his defence lawyers are trying every trick in the trade to see that he comes out of it.But his initial mail is a strong evidence against him which he simply cannot do away with. He may of course get some congess men to back him especially since now it is well known that his paper was funded by Congress bigwigs....This is precisely why he wanted his case to be shifted out of Goa to a place where there is congress government !
