In this case infested girl didn't complaint. Tehlka editor accepted for sex assault, but he have any right to decide the case. Court should be took action against him. The girl in question is friend of his daughter.

yes. He cannot go scot free as NCW has stepped in and it may take suo motu cognisance of the issue. Tarun has written his own set of penal code it seems.

Even before the girl could decide on what to do about the issue, Tehelka went ahead and came out with their statement which has made the girl very angry and a case would be filed gainst Tejpal since it has become a major issue now..

Those politicians and people who were exposed by Tehelka in earlier years are now jumping with glee.
