I agree that age is not an absolute bar for achievement. But still age has some significance. There are statutory age restrictions on job and education. You also retire at some statutory age limit. This is also personality related. Some grow old earlier whereas for some age is only a number.

Anything can be done but the matter here is one should have patience. If one cant make it at the first attempt, that doesnt mean he doesnt do it at all.
