He was found in a luxurious and notorious hotel with call girl and members of his gang. A member of his rival group informed high authorities but nothing happened since every one wanted to shield someone or the other.

I suppose you are right ! One fails to understand , why have a jail at all if this is the case ....It is a classic case of the fence eating the grass - The law protectors are themselves encouraging the law breakers...

Why criminals only, any one can go and ask for any certificate from any government department. Any or every paper including degrees, ration cards, driving licences, PAN cards, Birth/death certificates, weapon licences and you name it what you need, you only should have the real papers THE MONEY to support your application. Crores of foreign nationals are staying in India with the help of fake papers and enjoying taxpayers' money.

Even in my place there a number of Bangla deshis who have come and settled here.They say that they will be targetted in Calcutta and sent back, so they come to the south.They are hard working no doubt but are still a drain on the nation since some one else is getting hit because of them...
