Food Truck in India

There is one show comes on Fox Traveller, Eat Street. In that, various Food trunk which are operated in USA are shown. In those food truck they serve street food of different cuisines, but the truck is mobile.

There are various Indians as well who runs such truck in foreign. But i have not seen any such truck in India. Why no one is having such kind of idea in India?

    This is not encouraged in our country. For this lot of money required. I had seen some mobile canteens in hyd.

    If I am not mistaking they used to sell food on vehicle.. Well, we having such things in India too, but its not vehicle this one..

    In our city, Ahmedabad, we having such truck as restaurant too.. It is like restaurant on wheel.

    Yes, a good investment is needed. But once, this business get start, then the owner of this truck can earn a lot.

    We have mobile vans as well as road side stalls. These are better than heavy trucks.

    I have never seen any such truck or heard from someone. I had came in Ahmedabad various times. In which area, this truck restaurant is there?

    Yes.. IT is working on SG highway.. It is a restaurant.. And working from may be last 2 years..

    Nope.. They can earn well.. In fact I know one place in same city where they are earning well, in fact very well in compare of some big restaurant.
