Normally, women like to add their husbands' name once they got married. Why is it so? ;) Is it to prove that, now they have become a private property......or to show love and respect to her husband???? If so, why men are not adding their wives' names to them???? Does it show the bond of relationship??? Also, tell me, if women do so, does it add any significance to the relationship????? :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

In our community the title is changed of women but not name.

Like if Rekha bose mamarries Shyam poul then Rekha will be Rekha poul.


Does every lady do that?

I have never seen any lady in Kerala who changed her name after marriage?

According to Bible also mary's husband is joseph na.
