    This is in fact a humorous question and does not need accurate reply. Vegetarian is one who eats veg. food. Humanitarian is not related to food habits. Hence, there could be no answer that way.

    I have posted above that 'humanitarian eat savagery'. Humaintarian is a gentle person who wants good treatmen to all. Savage is an uncilvilized person of primitive type. Huminatarian fights against savage habits and so he 'eats savagery'.
