It is not at all good to sleep till 11 am, people become very lazy,
Early to bed and early to rise is ancient wisdom. But modern way of living has changed this. Also many work in night shifts. This needs adjustment. What is important is to take adequate sleep and not oversleep.
It is not good for health to sleep in the morning till eleven am. If so when will you work? Late rising makes a man lazy.
waking up late is a bad habbit. it makes you lszy..ideal sleep is 8 hours
If you slept late night then its good but if you sleep on 10 pm and then you woke up on 10 am that is not good for health and also not come in human nature.
if you sleep late at night then it will not affect to sleep upto late morning. i also sometime sleep at 4:00 am in the morning and wake up at 12 to 1:00 pm due to work.
It is proven that it is very bad for health if we sleep till 11 A.M in the morning.

Certainly not. Early to bed and early to rise is a saying which everybody should follow. See the chirping birds, they set as an example for it.
Sleeping till late in the morning has an adverse effect on our overall health and bad habits like these are easy to acquire. Every good thing can be harmful when done to excess. A wise man is conscious of his bad habits and checks them promptly...
If its your daily habit to sleep till late morning then it is bad for health.
It is good to have atleast 8 hours sleep but sometimes i too dont have that much time to sleep. :P :)
Nothing beyond limit is not good so also sleep for long time.
By the way are you working in shifts? A sound sleep for even 5 hours will keep you energetic throughout the day.
SLEEPING TILL MORNING 11AM IS NOT A GOOD THING. THIS CAUSES ALOT OF HEALTH DISTRACTIONS. SO WAKING EARLY AND SLEEPING EARLY IS GOOD FOR HEALTH.
It is very bad habit to sleep so late you become lazy and your whole day spoil.
I think if it is sunday then its ok but mostly office time is 10 to 6 so you must awoke at 7.30 am. if you sleep at late night then taking sleep 6 to 7 hours is must to get refreshment.
It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom.
Sleeping till 11 means it is really bad. because waking lately disturbs whole day. you wake at 11. you get fresh and all it may take 12 . So at that time you cannot have breakfast or lunch. whole day you will feel lazy and sleepy
