Early to bed and early to rise is ancient wisdom. But modern way of living has changed this. Also many work in night shifts. This needs adjustment. What is important is to take adequate sleep and not oversleep.
If you slept late night then its good but if you sleep on 10 pm and then you woke up on 10 am that is not good for health and also not come in human nature.
if you sleep late at night then it will not affect to sleep upto late morning. i also sometime sleep at 4:00 am in the morning and wake up at 12 to 1:00 pm due to work.

I think if it is sunday then its ok but mostly office time is 10 to 6 so you must awoke at 7.30 am. if you sleep at late night then taking sleep 6 to 7 hours is must to get refreshment.
