Stop going out with Obese if you want to lose Weight..

It may termed as outrageous and insult to people who are obese or fat. But, a new study has advised people not to go out with fat friends if they want to lose weight.

    The study conducted by scientists at Deakin University in Australia has urged people to hang out with healthy and skinny, but not with obese.

    The study was conducted on 3,610 women aged between 18 and 46. It was found that people moving around with obese friends do not bother to drop bad eating habits and show less interest in doing exercise.

    Friendship cannot be differentiated as obese and thin..

    I agree. Though I talk to obese in a room, i do not walk with them, If you walk with obese, you will also have to walk slowly like them and become obese. This is a very nice suggestion.

    This is not so surprising. There is a proverb- chips of the same block flock together. Company makes lot of difference. If you mingle with bad people, you will also acquire some of their quality. similarly, mingling with obese will result in you getting the same habits that lead to obesity. You will have to walk slowly, eat and do as the obese. This will make you also obese.

    So, it is okay to sit some time with obese for work or otherwise but not move with them.

    the topic that "Stop going out with Obese if you want to lose Weight.." is not advisable as If you want to lose weight, you need both proper diet and exercise.You did not put on all that weight overnight and you're certainly not going to lose it in a day

    Proper diet is necessary as suggested. One cannot lose weight overnight . This is also okay. Still it will be advisable not to move with obese. If you move with them, you will never lose weight as you will follow their life style and slow walking.
