Although the language is poor, contents are useful and popular. so the cash credits. The cash credits would be more if the author had been more careful with grammar.

Thanks for raising a point Jayen.... There might be many angles in which the editor sees the article. I agree with you that the language is poor. The editor might have felt that the article has more information in it. Or else; it might be a mistake(human error).

There are many factors involved in approving and granting cash credits and points. Grammar is not the only factor. There is always room for difference of opinion in such matters. That is why usually, editor's decision is final.

Cash credit should be given to the quality of content written in an article and not to the total number of words written.
