I have no experience in the BPO sector but I have heard from some of my acquaintances that things are so.To my knowledge and experience I have seldom comes across a case where efficiency and meritorious services are not duly rewarded. It's strictly based on my personal experience.
Nice contribution by Ceem , Kalyani and Gulshan here. Keep it up..

Thanks Santosh, one more point an individual's personality also plays a vital role in this regard.I have known some friends who prefer security more than anything else and they are happy with their present jobs and earnings.
I am satisfied with current job but not salary so this question comes in my mind.

Job satisfaction too is an important gain. But then you have to calulate how much you are gaining in terms of money. If alternatives are very attractive in terms of money then you have to think today, tomorrow or thereafter.
Yes your are right ceem. Are you satisfied with your current job. If you are not then why.

Satisfaction is a relative feeling and I can tell you job satisfaction is something I have never compromised in my career. And I am happy with the present one.
Nice that its big thing that you are satisfied with your job. I think you are working here because its your interest to earn or learn.

It's more of a desire to interact with various members and to share and exchange knowledge.Money is not surely the prime motivating factor.
Whatever you share, whatever you do but your final target become money due to demand of money for better life living.
