    I am a professional and hence there is no salary. But I feel that generally people do not get proper salary. Salary has also become a matter of negotiation. The professionals also do not get proper fee owing to severe competition.

    Due to very big gap among rich people and poor people.
    we are not satisfy with salary, we decide our salary on basis of our requirement.
    If our requirement is more then we say our salary is less than our work.

    i think salary is depend upon the potential of a person...

    but i think some time people do not get proper salary....

    I think this time people are doing hard work but as per work they are not getting salary that is the reason also people search for online job to earn more.

    I think majority of the people feel that they are not getting the right compensation package. This is because of the fact that now more and more companies, Indian as well as multinational, demand that their employees exhibit multitasking in their jobs for which the pay package is not adequate. Also as the competition has grown, more and more people have started working late. Working for 14-16hours daily has become a norm rather than traditional 8-9 hour work days which increases dissatisfaction regarding salaries.

    Yes Kalyani that is the reason life becoming hell day by day. More responsibility more work less salary and huge requirement of money for better life, and much more costs of thing .

    The main reason for people going abroad is salary. Here the salary is not enough for people even if they work for long hours.I think IT companies should bring some system like Over Time like in goverment offices. Many people in IT work more than 12 hours per day but still no appreciation in the salary.

    In IT sector there are lot of hardwork but no satisfaction with salary . IT Field is still face salary troubleshooting that is the reason I am here.
