There is a old saying, if you have trust in god, you don't have to go to temples and show your loyalty with different gimmicks, you can always keep him in your mind even while doing your regular jobs. There is a power that enhances your inner power. Trust it or not.

I agree that there is power that boosts your confidence. That power is nothing but your own self confidence. However a believer may get confidence even from 'God' existing or not.

That was the point but you said it better than I did, thanks.

They say, "Faith moves mountains." One need not wear religious marks on the forehead and smear vibhhuti all over the body to show your religious affiliations.

that is true, God is only a driving force but you have to make your own efforts to reach anywhere.
God is petrol but not a car.

Even God verifies before stretching his helping hand if the man has done his bit or not. Mere breaking of 100 coconuts at the altar will not serve the purpose. Real devotees will not show their devotion externally.

But these rituals do not depend on 'God'. These depend more on environment. So, the 'coconut ritual' will not be in a country where there are no coconuts. In Bible, this is given that - It is easier for a camel to go through eye of needle than for a rich man to enter heaven'. Obviously, this statement would have been coined where camels exist and God has nothing to do. When Christian missionaries explained this to people in Assam, nobody could understand. Obviously because people there had never seen a camel. How to convince people of biblical truth. The Christian clergy communicated with bosses at Rome. after some thought, they advised to replace 'camel' with 'elephant'. Thus, God has nothing to do with 'coconuts', 'camel' or 'elephant'. The very concept of 'God' is fake.

Yes. A coconut or a camel or an elephant are the symbols of rituals that vary from country to country. In general it is understood as a ritual which has nothing to do with god

The problem is that these so called pandits make us afraid first, then tell us to perform rituals if u want to be safe... or a medium to reach god. This is just business.. Although i am not against the faith of people but what is the use of such faith, when it means killing of innocent animals...
