True! I only have a question here, why should all the restrictions be imposed on women only? The problem here is the sick and disgusting mentality of the men and not women, so whatever restrictions need be imposed should be on those! In cities like New Delhi where these sociopathic psychos cannot keep their hormones in control, these men should be imposed a curfew and must not be allowed out of the homes! :angry:

Also, wearing a skirt is not a crime neither it is indecent, like some have already mentioned even women wearing burqas are not spared, commenting on the women dressing styles means simply making excuses. A person cannot control his hormones, that is HIS fault, not the woman's that she is wearing jeans or skirt or whatever!
