apple fruit is a good source of B-complex vitamins. it also contains small amount of minerals like potassium, phosphorus, and calcium. apple also is very useful for our skin. it gives glow to our skin

A combination of fruits is supposed to be excellent for health.It gives a glow to your skin and hair and maintains a steady metabolism.A diet with just fruits and vegetables taken once a week or at least once a fortnight helps in flushing out our system and keeping it healthy..
