Hospital employs should have the right to strike...Yes or No...

They should not go to strike as they have major responsibilities with them and how can they leave people when they are ill for which they are in to this profession. :blink:

Yes Usha that all go strike at once really bad.many patient Suffer a lot.Temporary doctor cannot manage those patient.

Ya there will be some rules during strike so patient may not suffer......

Recently, some patients died in S.N. Medical college Hospital Agra because of defective oxygen cylinders. This is when entire hospital staff is at work. What would happen during strike is beyond imagination.

The gross lack of discipline on the part of support staff of hospitals in West Bengal has completely shattered the faith of common people in these hospital - making it a happy-hunting-ground for private players who have been criminally exploiting the helplessness of the people as could be clear from the AMRI tragedy recently!

Many Private hospital play a vital role in that Strike.They Develop a situation in Government hospital or other private Hospital because they want easy Patients from that Hospital.Really shameful............
