    Drunken mind is more concentrated whereas normally mind wanders away more. The speed of mind in infinite. If you just let your thoughts free, you will get many ideas every moment, many desires every moment and no decision.

    We may control our mind by concentrating on one issue at a time. Then, you will take rational decision.
