    Earlier it was very hard to earn an oppurtunity in industry. But now reality shows helping new talents a lot...yet they are not patient enough to learn new things

    No in some companies there is no chance for fresheres so they are doing fake certificates and getting jobs.

    Yes these reality shows have made lot of singers in few days like Toshi.You know Shreya Ghoshal,Sunidhi Chauhan,Sonu Nigam are all from the reality shows. :)
