I agree to you and sasi that it's hard to digest but some people are so stubborn that they never like to admit they are wrong in any way. In such situation how to handle and if they are very important to us?
I always try to discuss in the way to show my ideas I do not think he should implement my ideas so I did not face this type of problem yes when I was not mature then this thing happen some times .
