We need some strict rules in our democratic country nothing than there is no need to change our democracy system.
Of course the democracy is one of the best way to govern a country, for the public and by the public but the public servant have made it worse than dictatorship here.

Public servants have got their appointments according to law. So, they are not to blame. It is only the voters who may get blame. The so called good people are fit neither for politics nor for bureaucracy. Then who is to blame?
@Gulshanji

You have a point - people get the government they deserve! I can cite the example of Bihar.The people of Bihar tolerated and suffered misrule for too long a time because they never cared to take things into their hands by making rational choices through voting and now we see the difference under Nitish Kumar.Bihar doest not appear in screaming headlines with murder,caste war and crimes of all description! It's people of Bihar who gave the mandate to Nitish Kumar!

These government servants include bureaucrats and elected members of various houses Gulshan sir, we do not elect to misuse their powers neither government employees are appointed to eat-up the public funds and leave poor people high and dry. You know them better then I do so no use repeating what every one is suffering from the hands of the gang.
Let us be very clear what the government stands for! Be they our representatives whom we elect or the public servants - all are subject to the laws of the land. If actions are not initiated under appropriate laws or more clearly the process of prosecution is not initiated by the appropriate authorities, it's no use blaming democracy!

As long as the 'good and gentle people' do not enter politics, nobody can stop the gang from having their way. It is said that lethargy of the 'good' is more to blame than wickedness of the 'bad'.
A better democratic system leads to the development of country which is really needed for our nation .
Can any one say that our country is having better democratic system.

I think it is not there because from past years we are developing only.
There is no problem with democracy. The problem is with the implementation.This needs to be corrected.
