what ever you eat at night, eat stomachfully and before sleeping have a glass of warm milk. then you will get a sound sleep.
Sarala is right drinking hot milk gets deep sleep.Better to sleep at 9.00 pm.
I like to take Dal Rice ,Sabji and Roti . Simple dinner I prefer in dinner or Khichdi.
after eating rice you will get a sound sleep .this is my experience.
I agree with Sarala, You should take dinner stomachfully.
but according to ayurveda you have to eat stomach full for breakfast...medium for lunch ...and just enough during dinner,....

but eating stomachfull means not to the extreme level. take enough food for your stomach. have a warm milk before you sleep. then u will get good sleep. This is my experience.
Don't watch the TV for a long time at night and before go to bed have a glass of warm milk
You should take a advice of a doctor.Sugestion here are all good but doctor's advice will be good.

yes warm milk gives good sleep and it is said, breakfast like a prince, lunch like a king and dinner like a popper!! correct method of food intake!
the spicy food , veg fried rice and tasty non veg food if you take as dinner then you will surely get sound sleep

Rice is something that when we eat at dinner,makes us sleep. I prefer you to eat a normal food,but not stomach full,because that will take time to digest. Dinner should be light. A glass of milk is needed when you go to sleep.
yes, a glass of warm milk makes us to have deep sleep in such a way we won't even get any kind of dreams too.
we can have idly and dosai slightly not heavy. this will help us to sleep well.
Add more sugar in tea or coffee and have it then you will get sleep soon
