Deepak you are right,
but eating stomachfull means not to the extreme level. take enough food for your stomach. have a warm milk before you sleep. then u will get good sleep. This is my experience.
Rice is something that when we eat at dinner,makes us sleep. I prefer you to eat a normal food,but not stomach full,because that will take time to digest. Dinner should be light. A glass of milk is needed when you go to sleep.
