    I heard that Sanjoy Khan copleted his project THE SWORD OF TIPU SULTAN after plastic surgery as he was injured at the set .
    So it is very useful but too much costly.

    Yes this is mostly done by the celebs on those having scars left due to injuries.

    Yes plastic surgery can enhance looks people do it.Also the scars which are left by the injuries caused can be cured and removed by plastic surgery.

    First think that what God has made you can not change it and if people try to do that then they get something bad in result like there are many example with us like "Koina Mitra" she was beautiful the her plastic surgery but after that she was totally changed and lost her beauty now she is not getting not a single movie in a year...
