I heard that Sanjoy Khan copleted his project THE SWORD OF TIPU SULTAN after plastic surgery as he was injured at the set .
So it is very useful but too much costly.

First think that what God has made you can not change it and if people try to do that then they get something bad in result like there are many example with us like "Koina Mitra" she was beautiful the her plastic surgery but after that she was totally changed and lost her beauty now she is not getting not a single movie in a year...

And not to forget Shilpa Shetty, she was more beautiful before she went through her nose change.

Katrina kaif - she did plastic surgery to her lips. Before her lips are so thick. She is not the beautiful until she join the film industry. Thats why her first film Maleswari has been a big flop

Sreedevi - In few picture, her nose is bit bulged one but after few films she made plastic surgery to her nose and made it sharp. Basically she is beautiful. though her nose is buldged, most of her films are big hits.

Even shilpa shetti also has done plastic surgery but I dont what kind plastic surgery he did.

Yes there are some marks/scars by birth for which one undergoes plastic surgery. :)

But plastic surgery may show side effect on people and some times they may fail too.
