I did not get your point please could you describe it in other way..

you see there are not enough articles on display while we open the site, moreover the articles listed on dashboard with links and short summery should be displayed according to their merit and not on published last basis. That makes a difference.

I think the article posting should keep on rotating instead of showing the same articles for 1 week. As many people write article every week so admin can post different articles on the home page so that the guests can see different articles each time they open the website.

That is a good point, like other sites if they keep on changing and displaying different articles that would make a big difference.

If we keep rotating the articles on the home page then all the articles would get enough hits. This would help us to understand which are the latest article in that particular month.
