Sir, the link is not opening.  I tried for another site connected with this news.Moreover, the ink article is in Hindi which many of our members cannot understand.

It does not really matter whether the link works or not because it is the same old news that has been circulating on the net , that is being rehashed here again ...

According to the link, one Shilpi Tiwari, an associate of union HRD minister inserted a forged video on JNU incident in her Facebook account. That video was used by Zee news to make false propaganda. I think that most computer systems facilitate translation into English articles in other languages. 

 

Every one by now knows that the anti India slogans were raised in JNU by Kashmiri students from the Valley. ABVP students saw this an opportunity to malign and with official help settle scores with Left oriented union and students. Nothing wrong in it. But it got blown out of proportions and resulted in Kanhaiya going to jail as an alleged seditionist and coming out to be hailed as a leader by many. You win sometimes and lose sometimes. 

I guess some of our members seem to know more than what has been revealed by the investigating agencies...The half truths spread by the communal party , communist party and its allies are being fed here as gospel truth !

The videos- at least some have been detected as forged/ doctored by Forensic lab at Hyderabd. The Delhi government has consequently given clean chit to the accused in JNU case. Let us wait for final court decision. The fact of doctoring of videos is now well known.

As the issue pertains to Delhi, the position taken by Delhi government is significant. Delhi government gave clean chit to the accuse, Kanhaiya during bail proceedings although Police opposed bail. Bail was granted. Delhi government is contemplating legal action against certain T.V. channels for telecasting doctored videos.

Anything Kejriwala does is suspect because he would go to any extent to malign Modi and BJP , so also this so called inquiry conducted by him cannot be taken seriously...By now everybody knows how very unreliable he is ! Let the right people come out with their probe results and not some crazywalas report ..
