CBI cannot be absolutely independent. But there should not be intervention by political parties. CBI has to coordinate with other ministries particularly Home and Law.

If not CBI what then? we have no other choice ....Hopefully the media and other regulatory bodies would try to make the system as transparent as they can although the netas would fight tooth and nail to keep up their secrecy !

Yes bread and butter of congress people depends on it.

It's a known fact that Congress uses CBI as a tool to suppress and stifle the throats of any who oppose its views.

Why accuse congress only, every government did the same. Maya and Mulayam were not supporting present government if it was not for CBI. Others also used CBI for their own benefit from time to time.
