Digvijay singh is aggrieved in belittling statutory authorities including CBI dubbed as 'caged parrot'. Can we not avoid such language.

Digvijay is also pet parrot of congress. No doubt in it that every government use CBI for their political purpose.

In a way, all spokespersons are parrots. They will speak only what their organization wants. Use of words like 'parrot' for those working in a subordinate or representative position is in bad taste and inappropriate.

Our leaders set an example for using inappropriate words ( Most of the leaders are in the same class ). You should hear the indecent language used by Telengana and Andhra leaders.

It appears that the leaders have poor impression of the audience. They believe that the audience will not understand decent language. A leader will speak in a decent manner in Chamber of commerce meeting. But he will be indecent in a rural crowd meeting.

Not in the rural crowd meetings, in the very venerable place like Assembly, where Mahatma's photo was hanging. He must be moving restlessly in his grave.

And they claim to speak language of the masses. If you listen some of the great leaders of this country you will feel ashamed the way they speak particularly while referring other party leaders.

We need to know the extent of authority vested in officers. It is possible that officers subordinate to ministers had full authority in the matter and so could act independently even without knowledge of minister.

In a case of this nature, where the officer has shown over enthusiasm and cleared a file without the knowledge of the concerned minister, the opposition in the assembly made the minister apologize. The minister in turn transferred the concerned officer. It happened in AP.
